  1. Warranty Granite Composite Sink

    Suneli offers a Limited 1-year Warranty on Sinks to be free of manufacturing defects

    under common use. For this warranty to be effective the user must inspect the sink

    on delivery and notify Suneli within 24 hours from the purchase date of any initial

    defects caused by manufacturing or transportation methods. Claims for initial

    defects will not be honored after this period.

    Suneli will replace without charge (excluding labor) any Granite Composite Sink that

    is proven to be defective, to the original owner, provided if has been used solely in a

    household application and installed in accordance with the installation Instructions,

    not damaged due to misuse, abuse or negligence, cleaned and used as

    recommended and as usual for a kitchen sink.

    Customers have to provide photos and image of our company logo (to be found on

    bottom of each sinks) before Suneli can start checking the claim.

    Prior to replacement, Suneli has the right to inspect any complaint sink.

    Replacement costs do not cover transportation and any labor costs for removal,

    reinstallation or worktop defect s caused by dismounting the sink. Made decisions

    are final decisions.

    Defects which are covered by the Warranty:

    • Surface blemishes
    • Bubbling
    • Thermal cracking
    • Inconsistent color within the sink

    Suneli shall not liable in case of:

    • Shipping or Freight damage
    • Damages due to wrong installation or misuse or abuse, examples: too hot pots on

    the sink

    • Incorrect drilled holes
    • Use-related scratches and marks
    • Common signs of wear

    Note: To keep your sink durable, please Do Not do the following things:

     Use sharp metals for cleaning

     Scrub with harsh scouring pads

     Leave the hot pot or something higher than 70C on the sink

     Pour cleaners or chemicals such as acids, bleach, sodium chloride, lye,

    toilet bowl cleaner, drain cleaner or hard water stain into your sink
